How to automatically Import Zoho CRM data

Automatically import Google Sheet data to Zoho CRM

  • Click on Settings from the Side nav.

  • Click the "+" icon to start the configuration.

  • Select the required modules.

  • Select the spreadsheet.

  • Select the Sheet tab.

  • Switch on Auto Import Form to automatically import data from Google Sheet to Zoho.

  • Click on the Settings icon to start the mapping of the sheet fields with the module fields.

  • Clicking on the refresh icon will refresh the google sheet.

  • Apply Filters if required using the corresponding icon.

  • Once it is done, Google Sheets automatically start importing data from the destination spreadsheet to your Zoho CRM based on your configuration.

  • Google Sheets schedule the auto importing for every 1 hour and imports newly added/updated records from a spreadsheet to Zoho CRM and Update Google Sheet with the status.
