Authorization After Installation
Purpose: Solution for error message "Your Account is not connected with Zoho CRM Connector or Google Drive"
Note: If you are not authorized the connectivities with Google Sheets and Zoho CRM connectors at the time of installation, this Google Sheets extension errors. You need to authorize Google Sheets and Zoho CRM connectors.
Please follow the instructions below to authorize the connectivities.
Go To the Homepage of Zoho CRM.
Click On Gear Button.
Go To Marketplace Card and click on All.
Click on Configure on Google sheets.
Authorize Both Connectors in Integrations.
Once you complete the "Authorize" process, Google Sheets extension will be ready to use.
